    How long have you been doing this? I've heard that if you lose weight too quickly it makes you unwell. Or something.

  3. Two and a half weeks. The aim is to lose one and a half pounds a week but first week normally sheds quite a bit of weight. It'll settle down now, And 6 pounds loss off of 250 isn't too much in percentage terms.
