Well, I'm definitely deficient in the Swedish, Danish and Italian departments, although I can say "Tak" like a Scandinavian born and bred, but I do have a modicum of French. Only slightly better than schoolboy French but enough that I rely less on those subtitles than those for programmes from other countries.
