Five things

Five things I have recently bought but not used

A Dremel 3000
A Military Specification Anorak Smock
A practice kit for picking locks
A knife sharpening stone (Carbonundum?)
A large tube of Permaton.

Five things I have bought recently and opened.

A duo of penny whistles in the keys of C & D.
A large woolen jacket with integral hood
A cat scratching pole
A Celeriac "whatever it is called"
Eddy the Teddy

I think you mean carborundum for sharpening things.
I think I would like a thing for picking locks - just to know that I could do it.
No idea what the other three things are.

No idea about musical instruments.
That is a 'hoodie' isn't it?
To let cats scratch?
Celeraic is a vegetable, very tasty if made into a rémoulade.
No idea about Eddy.

Is it still February? If so, why is Masher not posting? Did Brennig used to do it? I know that Annie is mostly on Facebook and Instagram now...

Two things
Here is a list of two things that I've had to look up on Google:
1. Permaton
2. Celeriac

I'm intrigued by the lock-picking kit. Fancy yourself as the South of France's very own Raffles, do ya?

Er... I AM posting TA and so is Bren.

TA - yes, I think I probably do mean that.
It has got a hood but think of it more as the sort of smock French sailors wear, particularly Brittany way.
It is indeed for the cat's scratching pleasure.
Ah! But is it root, a bulb, a tuber....? It also makes a nice soup, often with apple and has a sweetness like parsnip but more peppery.
Eddy The Teddy is a Facebook based charity. We support "his" work, the idea of which is to make sure children in hospital have a teddy bear with them for comfort if they don't already have one. As someone who spent a lot of time in hospital as a kid I know how important that can be.

Masher - If you know anyone with arthritis they need to have Permaton. I only recently found out about it from a client and it has sorted out the arthritis in my knee brilliantly.
I hope it might be useful when we lose keys for owners houses!

Timpsons will cut spare keys for you, y'know.
Gotta be easier than owning something that will make you look suspicious in the eyes of le Gendarmerie (or however it's spelt).

Oh Masher, I used to have you on my Bloglovin feed but it seems that you have escaped! I shall re-follow you unless you object.

I shall investigate Permaton just to see if it helps sufferers of Scoliosis.

Also under investigation will be Eddy the Teddy, the thought of any child without something to cuddle at night is awful; I'll see what I can do. And I am sorry that you had to be in hospital as a child.
